SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts Builds Platform for the Future with Dynamics NAV

SilverBirch Hotels and Resorts manages a large portfolio of branded and independent hotels across Canada, including global brands like Hilton, Marriott and Radisson. With expansion plans underway, SilverBirch determined that they had a need for a new, more robust ERP solution which led to their selection of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Following the Catapult lean deployment model, SilverBirch implemented a full financial solution as well as a consolidated payroll system which has increased efficiency significantly at both the corporate and individual hotel level. Building on the solid foundation provided by Dynamics NAV, SilverBirch also has plans to extend the platform to include business intelligence, asset management, and CRM in the future.

Catapult Leadership

With all of the growth and anticipated change, we spent a lot of time getting to know many of the key stakeholders in the SilverBirch organization and to understand at a more granular level what they were specifically looking to achieve in their part of the business.

Elliot Fishman, CEO
"There is no ERP implementation without an issue so you have to expect these to come…the best thing you can have from your partner is that they are willing to take the risk with you and put their best foot forward, which [Catapult has] certainly done."

Walid Salem, VP Information Technology, SilverBirch Hotels
