Video: Legal Aid Organization Advances System Built on Dynamics CRM

Legal Services Society (Legal Aid BC) assists people of low incomes to resolve serious legal problems, primarily in family, child protection, immigration, and criminal law. To manage large and complex criminal cases, LSS uses a custom-designed solution (LCM) comprised of Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. After recognizing the need for a more sophisticated solution, LSS engaged Catapult to create incremental improvements to their system.

With managed services, LSS has worked with Catapult to outline a clear set of deliverables and activities each month. That way, they are able to easily measure the value that has been delivered to the organization. Through this framework, LSS has seen “a constant stream of incremental but meaningful changes.” Specifically, they’ve added functionality and improved the user experience, ultimately enabling them to roll out their system to a wider user base.
