Dynamics CRM 2013 Rollup 1 Released

Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 has been released as a ‘hot fix’, meaning it needs to be applied manually by on-premise customers. CRM 2013 Online customers would have automatically received this Rollup on December 11th, 2013.

If you wish to install this Rollup, download info can be found here.

What is it improving?

Serving the purpose of “stability and memory-consumption” improvement, Rollup 1 cleans up some of the initial ‘teething’ issues we see in the product such as various JQuery “Object expected” messages and connection issues with the Mobile App.This rollup is not required immediately and is not yet available in Windows updates but can be expected in January 2014.

As it has only recently been released, we are actively testing and reviewing and would advise customers to wait a few days in the event that a change is provided by Microsoft.
